云南“三区”乡村教师职业生态现状调查及思考

Investigation and Reflection on the Present Ecological Situation of Rural Teachers' Profession in the "Three Areas" of Yunnan Province

摘要:

“三区”是指边远地区、边疆民族地区和革命老区,这些地区是我们国家目前最需要帮扶的欠发达地区。云南省的“三区”涉及15个州(市)88个县(市、区)。对云南省“三区”的3 426名乡村教师进行问卷调查,发现当前云南省“三区”乡村教师的职业生态存在工资待遇相对较差,横向比较差距大;教学负担过重,工作量超负荷;职业发展空间小,成长缓慢;身心健康有隐患,健康福利有待提高等问题。改变这一现状要从“厚生”(管理支持)、“强誉”(舆论支持)等方面多措并举构建乡村教师“待遇有保障、发展有空间、职业有荣誉”的职业生态。

Abstract:

The "three areas" refer to remote areas frontier ethnic minority areas and old revolutionary base areas which are the underdeveloped areas in urgent need of the most help in our country . The "three areas" of Yunnan province involve 15 prefectures cities and 88 counties cities. Through a questionnaire survey of 3 426 rural teachers in these areas it is found that the current vocational ecology of rural teachers has some problems such as relatively poor salary large horizontal comparison gap heavy teaching burdens excessive workload little space for career development slow growth physical mental health problems and health welfare to be improved. Therefore multiple measures should be simultaneously taken from the aspects of health and welfare management supports and reputation public opinion supports to build a professional ecology of rural teachers with "guaranteed treatment development space and occupation honor".
